The film will only be released after people connected to the victims have been consulted
According to BBC News , the release of the controversial French film about the terrorist attack on the Bataclan concert hall in Paris has been banned until further notice.
According to the news agency, the film will only be released after all individuals connected to the victims have been consulted and have approved it.
Claire Peltier, who lost her partner in the attack, started a petition to block the film's release and has already garnered over 39,000 signatures.
Claire argues that it is too soon to relive such a painful story:
"We are outraged that a film like this could be released so soon after such a violent act .
The attack on the Bataclan left 90 dead and occurred while The Eagles Of Death Metal were playing to an audience of approximately 1,500. At the time, several artists from the rock world expressed their condolences.
