Fernanda Lira , bassist and vocalist of Crypta , aligns herself with scientific recommendations and defends the importance of staying away from crowds since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to supporting vaccination against the disease .
Despite the progress of vaccination in Brazil and the easing of social distancing rules, the increase in the number of cases of the Omicron variant and the outbreak of flu and influenza raise new concerns and require further attention.
With that in mind, we've retrieved Fernanda Lira's list of films and series to watch during quarantine, revealed by the artist during an interview with The Wikimetal Happy Hour last year, as well as recommendations for taking care of mental health.
“I saw a lot of good things during this pandemic, I’m proud, I picked up a lot of things to watch,” she said.
