Fernanda Lira , from Crypta Andre Matos ' influence on her artistic journey for a documentary about the Brazilian musician's life.
Participation will be in the Maestro do Rock project , about the musician's career and curiosities, which will feature never-before-seen images from Matos' personal archive and interviews with friends, family, and world rock musicians. The project is directed by Anderson Bellini and produced by Thiago Rahal Mauro and had the artist's own authorization , while he was still alive, when he gave testimonials about his professional and personal life during various phases of his career.
“I was invited to give my testimony for the documentary about the master André Matos, and last week I finally managed to record it!”, celebrated the bassist and vocalist. “More than an honor, it was a very emotional moment to talk about him! Those who know me know that he was very important to me, a true idol and inspiration in a thousand ways.”
In addition to Fernanda Lira , other names of great importance to the metal scene were invited to give testimonials about the musician, including Kai Hansen, Blaze Bayley, Rafael Bittencourt, Kiko Loureiro, Felipe Machado, Eloy Casagrande, Andreas Kisser, and João Gordo .
