Fear Factory announced this Monday, the 20th, the postponement of their South American tour due to "personal health problems" beyond the band's control. The group was scheduled to perform at Bangers Open Air 2026 this Saturday, the 25th.

According to a statement on the band's social media, the tour dates that were to include Chile, Argentina, and Colombia have been rescheduled for July of this year. No new dates have been added for shows in Brazil, but the group mentioned that they hope to be able to play at the 2027 edition of Bangers Open Air.

The act that will replace Fear Factory at Bangers Open Air 2026 should be announced soon.
