The guitarist was 35 years old
Comedian Fausto Fanti was found dead in his apartment in the West Zone of São Paulo last night, July 30th. Fanti played Renato in the famous duo Hermes e Renato and played guitar in the heavy metal band Massacration , under the name Blondie Hammet.
Fanti was found by Adriano Pereira da Silva, known for the character Joselito, with a belt around his neck, tied to the shower stall. Along with Marco Antônio Alves (Hermes) and Felipe Torres (Boça), Adriano avoided speaking to the press, saying only that everyone is very shaken.
Fausto was separating from his wife, Karla, and had an eight-year-old daughter. The comedians from Hermes e Renato were preparing to launch a new program on FX Brasil in March 2015.
