São Paulo, March 2025 – The partnership between Wikimetal and Oporto da Música is bringing a variety of classic rock and metal albums to the Brazilian market every month, albums that were previously unavailable on CD or difficult to find in the country, many of them in special editions with slipcases. Faith No More
Introduce Yourself (1987) is Faith No More's second album. Due to the limited availability of 'We Care a Lot', the group considers it their true debut project. Being their first on a major label, it features better production than its predecessor, as well as more contemporary lyrics.
The successor , The Real Thing (1989), is the first work with singer Mike Patton, after the dismissal of previous vocalist Chuck Mosley. In this album, the band continued to advance in its sonic range, combining alternative metal, funk metal, and rap metal.
Rush
Rush's fifteenth album, Counterparts , marks a continuation in the band's transition from synthesizers back to music with the guitar taking on a predominant role.
Yngwie Malmsteen
Yngwie Malmsteen returned to the strong Baroque influence of his early work with the album Fire & Ice , featuring some longer compositions that greatly appeal to hardcore fans. This highly successful project topped the Japanese charts and reached number 121 on the US Billboard 200.
