Eyehategod has revealed new details about their album A History of Nomadic Behavior , which will be released on March 12th and will be the band's first album in seven years. In addition, the band took the opportunity to release the previously unreleased track "High Risk Trigger".

“We’re not a political band, but it was difficult not to be affected by last year’s news,” explains vocalist Mike IX Williams about the album and the project’s first single, which addresses police brutality.

“During this recording, I thought a lot about how stupid humanity has become, and how America is now completely divided with these people who don’t believe in science and blindly believe in liars and meaningless ideologies. Some of these feelings may have found their way into these songs, but most of it is subliminal,” he told the press.
