Exhort revives "Pray," a track from the 90s, in a remastered version.

The single anticipates the re-release of the band's album.

The São Paulo-based group Exhort has released a remastered version of "Pray," a track from their album of the same name, originally recorded in 1994.

The band, which featured Marcos Kleine ( Ultraje a Rigor ) on guitar, Nando Machado on bass and vocals, Silvio Vartan on guitar and vocals, and Henrique Verreschi on drums, recorded their second album at Be-bop studio.

At the time, the album, which was intended to be the successor to Attitude (1991), was not released due to problems with the record label. To commemorate its 30th anniversary, Pray will receive a new edition in 2025 through the Wikimetal Music . The project will include a remastering by Val Santos .

Formed in 1987, Exhort has performed many times in iconic venues of the São Paulo scene such as Black Jack Bar, Rainbow Bar, Der Tempel, Espaço Retrô, Move's Bar and Espaço Mambembe, in addition to being the opening band for VIPER on several occasions.
