The lead singer of Every Time I Die spoke about the process.

Keith Buckley , of Every Time I Die , spoke in an interview about the band being sued by a fan.

According to the fan, her toe had to be amputated after being broken during a concert by the band. The lead singer, however, says that they are not responsible.

“A girl says we kicked a monitor that fell on her foot and broke her toe. So, he had to have the toe amputated,” he said. “The process is still ongoing.”

Buckley asserted, however, that the incident never happened. “Even if the thing fell on her finger – which it didn’t – and she got hurt. But she didn’t clean it, she didn’t take care of it, and it had to be occupied. How long do we have to babysit that damn finger? I get really pissed off when I think about it.”

He continued, “It’s not my responsibility… If I broke my arm in seventh grade playing basketball and my arm hurts today, I’m not going to call my coach and complain. ‘Come on, man, help me out here.’ He’s no longer responsible for it.”
