Members of Every Time I Die and Touche Amore invited some of their colleagues to parody the video that actress Gal Gadot shared on social media . In it, she appears with some friends singing John Lennon from their homes while in isolation.
The actress's video begins with her saying, "These last few days I've been feeling philosophical. The virus has affected the whole world, everyone. It doesn't matter who you are, where you're from, we're all in this together," and then several artists appear, each singing a part of the song. The video went viral and received a lot of criticism on social media, becoming a meme.
Now, members of hardcore bands, led by Colin Young , vocalist of Twitching Tongues , have released a parody of Gadot's video, but using the song "All Star" by Smash Mouth . Watch it below.
