Last Monday, the 12th, Evanescence announced four concert dates in Brazil and drew attention for the absence of dates in São Paulo, generating speculation about a possible participation in Knotfest Brazil .
The band will perform in the cities of Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, and Recife at the end of October, with a gap that includes October 21st and 22nd, when the festival takes place in São Paulo.
A few hours after the announcement, Knotfest Brasil 's own Instagram hinted that the band will be among the 2023 acts. The account shared Evanescence's post in a story and added an attentive eyes emoji, further fueling speculation.
The official announcement of the band's tour through Latin America includes Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico, promising space for one more country soon. In the 2022 edition, Knotfest also visited Chile, which may suggest an announcement is imminent.
