Actress Esmé Bianco, who played Ros in Game of Thrones , revealed that she was assaulted and stalked by Marilyn Manson . During an interview with The Cut , she recounted being a victim of aggression by the singer between 2009 and 2011.
She recounted that the abuse began in 2009 when Manson invited her to participate in the music video for "I Want to Kill You Like They Do in the Movies," which was never released. She says that during filming, she barely slept or ate, and that Manson offered her cocaine.
Bianco also said that Manson became violent, and once even tied her up with cables to whip her and then used electric toys on her wounds. In the interview, she reveals that at the time she tried to deceive herself by saying that Manson was just being "performative."
She also recounts that she had a long-distance relationship with him and soon left her husband to live with him. In early 2011, the relationship began to intensify, with Manson biting her without consent during sex. According to the actress, he was also violent outside the bedroom, demanding that she only sleep when he told her to, wear the clothes he chose, and that she could only leave the house with his permission. "I felt like a prisoner," she said. "I did things the way he wanted. And everyone was controlled by him, so there was no point in reporting him. I had to call my family while hiding in the closet."
According to the actress, Manson also assaulted her with a knife: “I remember lying there and not being able to fight. That was the last straw, and I lost all sense of hope and safety.” She also recounts that she managed to escape while Manson was sleeping one night in June 2011, after he chased her with an axe.
Bianco's accusation comes just weeks after Evan Rachel Wood and four other women publicly accused Manson of abuse and manipulation . After Wood went public with the allegations, Manson released a statement denying everything and saying it was a "distortion of reality." He has not commented since then, and, according to The Cut, he has declined to respond to Bianco's accusations.
Since then, Manson has lost his contract with the record label and his manager , in addition to being fired from several TV projects he was involved in.
