It was announced this Monday, the 23rd, that Eric Wagner , vocalist and founding member of TROUBLE , passed away due to COVID-19.
Earlier this week, The Skull , the project Wagner had been involved with since 2012, announced that some shows would be postponed due to band members testing positive for the virus. Most have recovered, but Eric was hospitalized with pneumonia. The musician was only 62 years old.
The news was given informally by his eldest son, Luke Wagner , and confirmed shortly after on The Skull's official Facebook page. The band lamented the event and said they will make an official statement when they know more details. Rest in peace, Eric.
