Eric Carr , drummer for Kiss between the 1980s and 1990s, will be the central subject of a new official documentary. This information comes from Blabbermouth .
According to Sirius XM radio Eddie Trunk the documentary has the support of the drummer's family. “I’ll be interviewed next week for a documentary about Eric Carr. His family is behind the project and contacted me about it, so it’s completely legitimate,” he announced on Twitter. “Happy to be a part of it and very excited to watch! Eric was a dear friend and I miss him. His legacy deserves this.”
Carr joined the band in 1980, replacing original member Peter Criss , and remained with the group until his untimely death on November 24, 1991, at the age of 41, from a heart tumor.
