The band will come to Brazil in October of this year to present the album
The Dutch band Epica has announced that it will release a deluxe version of Design Your Universe on October 4th to commemorate the album's tenth anniversary.
To coincide with the release, the group will embark on the 10th Anniversary Tour 2019 , which will take them through Europe and Latin America. In Brazil, Simone Simons (vocals), Mark Jansen (guitar/vocals), Coen Janssen (synth/piano), Ariën van Weesenbeek (drums/vocals), Isaac Delahaye (guitar) and Rob van der Loo (bass) will perform in São Paulo on October 26th at Tropical Butantã and the following day in Rio de Janeiro at Circo Voador.
"It is with great joy that we announce that, due to the large number of requests from our fans in Latin America, we will also be bringing our special performance celebrating the 10th anniversary of the release of 'Design Your Universe' to you," declared Simone.
Guitarist Mark Jansen also commented, “In celebration of one of my favorite Epica albums, we’re returning to one of my favorite territories. It’s great when a large number of people ask us to bring our new show and we manage to find a viable way to make it happen! It’s going to be awesome!”
