Epica has postponed its Asian tour, announced for early December 2025, due to Simone Simons .

The band released a statement via social media , announcing the new tour dates, which have been postponed to September 2026.

"It is with great regret that we inform you that we have had to reschedule our upcoming Asian tour to September 2026. After experiencing several health problems, doctors have advised Simone not to tour until the end of the year. As much as it pains us, her health comes first. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

At this time, there are no further details regarding the vocalist's health condition.

Epica was in Brazil in September, promoting their latest studio album, Aspiral. The band visited six Brazilian cities, accompanied by the symphonic death metal group, Fleshgod Apocalypse .
