Emperor will perform in Brazil for the first time in May; learn more.

The band will perform a single show on May 20th at Audio, in São Paulo.

After a 30-year wait, the legendary Norwegian band Emperor is about to land in Latin America for their historic debut tour.

In Brazil, the only confirmed performance is on May 20th at Audio in São Paulo. The show is part of a series celebrating the 20th anniversary of the release of the album Anthems to the Welkin at Dusk (1997) and promises to be quite special, as the group has announced they will be taking another career break.

The event will also feature Lockdown , a supergroup formed by João Gordo (vocals – RDP ), Antonio Araújo (guitar – Korzus / Matanza Ritual ), Rafael Yamada (bass – Claustrofobia / ex- Project 46 ) and Bruno Santin (drums – Endrah / Oitão ).
