The powerful music will be available on digital platforms starting this Friday, the 23rd

This Thursday, the 22nd, Eminence released the video for his new single “Wake Up The Blind,” which will be available on digital platforms starting this Friday, the 23rd.

The song features guitarist Jean Patton from Project 46 and is a cry of protest against the capitalist system, reinforced by the music video, which shows images of destruction, decay, and current environmental crises, such as the dispute over oil and the spilling of large quantities of oil into the seas.

In a statement, vocalist Bruno Paraguay commented that "Wake Up The Blind" criticizes humanity's disrespect for the planet due to pure greed. "We are the real virus and we are heading towards a global collapse," he said.

Paraguay co-directed the music video for the new single, which was directed and edited by bassist Davidson Mainart . In addition to frames inserted in post-production, the images also show the band playing amidst sets with strong colored lights and making extensive use of experimental and dizzying camera angles to give the video an even more impactful effect.

“Wake Up The Blind” is the third single from the album Dark Echoes , which is scheduled for release in June 2021. Check out the official music video:
