Howard Stern Show radio program , Metallica joined Miley Cyrus for a moving performance of "Nothing Else Matters" and received an online visit from Elton John , who also features on the new version of the song and almost brought James Hetfield to tears .
During his appearance, Elton said he advised Miley to drop everything and start a rock band. "Girl, when all this is over, you have to start a rock band and you're going to rock everything."
Elton also said that she is simply the best. “When I heard her singing 'Nothing Else Matters' I couldn't believe it. That deep voice that starts way down there, it's something amazing. She is the best rock vocalist in the world, without a doubt.”
"I know she's frustrated that she can't show all of this live because of Covid, but now she will be able to," Elton added.
