Eloy Casagrande was voted the best heavy metal drummer in the world by Drumeo , currently the biggest drumming channel.
This is the third time the Slipknot has received this honor. In 2021 and 2022, he was voted the best in the world in a popular vote by the American magazine Modern Drummer.
After winning the Drumeo , the drummer went to social media to thank those who voted for him. “Thank you to everyone who voted for me. I am immensely grateful for the awards and for all the recognition.”
But I must say that, regardless of the awards, my happiness lies in playing the drums. It's what I want to keep doing every day.
