Adding their name to the list of rising stars in Brazilian hard rock and heavy metal, Electric Sky releases their debut album, Electric Sky . To recapture the atmosphere of heavy music from the 70s and 80s, the record underwent a three-month reel-to-reel tape texturing process, providing an immersive experience for rock 'n' roll fans.

Electric Sky is formed by former members of the thrash metal band Attomica , J. Paulo , J. Marcio Francis and Fabio Midgard , and also had the help of longtime friends Sandro Costa and Sergio Melo . The band has already shown what they are capable of with the release of the singles " Electric Skies " and " Life Ain't Easy ".

Electric Sky is a tribute to the bands of the 70s and 80s that the members grew up listening to and features numerous heavy metal tracks, as well as venturing into a sound never before heard in the musicians' careers, opening with a stoner metal track.

The album was recorded overcoming the challenges of the pandemic and social distancing, with Fabio living in Chicago and J. Paulo and J. Marcio in São José dos Campos, São Paulo. The trio immersed themselves in a creative wave of digitally producing riffs and melodies and also recorded online.

The final result was sent to audio engineer Mauricio Cersósimo , who is responsible for the soundtrack of the award-winning documentary AmarElo – É Tudo Pra Ontem , by Emicida. Cersósimo's resume also includes productions for Sir Paul McCartney , Avril Lavigne , Skank, and others.

To celebrate the release of their first album, Electric Sky will be hosting a live stream on their Instagram profile this Sunday, the 9th, at 6 PM. Listen to Electric Sky , available on Spotify and various other digital platforms :
