Electric Mob releases single and video for “Upside Down”; watch it here

“We opted for a video that matched the frenetic pace of the music,” said vocalist Renan Zonta

The Curitiba-based band Electric Mob delighted fans by releasing a "2-for-1" deal, releasing the single and music video for the track "Upside Down" together. The song is the second single from the group's debut album, Discharge .

Regarding the song and the video, Renan Zonta , the band's vocalist, says, “The song is a two-and-a-half-minute banger about differences, dystopia, despair, and fear of the future amidst all the madness that bombards us. Therefore, we opted for a video that matched the frenetic pace of the song, but without addressing a heavy concept, which we see and live every day. We need a little distraction and some laughs to lighten things up. And that's it. A simple, crazy script, in the style of the Beastie Boys with a touch of Hermes & Renato (laughs). We had a lot of fun making it, and the result is there.” Crazy, huh?
