The Electric Age , which won the Monsters Of Rock Challenge in 2013, announced changes to its lineup today. The quartet stated that guitarist Luiz Felipe Cardim is no longer with the band and that his position has been filled by Eddie Oliver.
Since bassist Otavio Cintra left in January, Electric Age has been without an official bassist. In a recent statement, the band says that Rafael Pontes (Johnny Box), who currently plays with the band, is only temporarily filling the position and that the members are still searching for a new bassist.
The band concludes their statement by saying, “Perseverance and passion bring us ever closer to our goals. We will soon be presenting more of our work and we won’t disappoint!”
