After a monumental tour alongside Evanescence , the Brazilian band Ego Kill Talent is ready to close out the year with an unmissable show in São Paulo. The event marks not only the last show of the year, but also the celebration of the release of the band's latest EP, Call Us By Her Name , which features Emmily Barreto as the new vocalist.
The show is scheduled for December 13th (Wednesday), starting at 6 PM, at City Lights Music Hall, located at Rua Padre Garcia Velho, 61, Pinheiros, São Paulo, SP. The event is for ages 18+. Tickets are available for purchase Sympla website .
Regarding the performance, guitarist Theo van der Loo says: “We can’t find the words to describe how excited we are for this show! We’re going to play all the songs from the new EP and several older ones for the first time with Emmily’s vocals here in São Paulo. It’s going to be incredible!”
During their tour alongside Evanescence, the band received warm praise from vocalist Amy Lee , who named them her new favorite band at one of the shows, and also heaped compliments on Emmily Barreto in an interview with New York Magazine .
