Edu Falaschi kicks off the highly anticipated tour for Angra 's Vera Cruz and Rebirth , celebrating their 20th anniversary, in southern Brazil this weekend with shows in Curitiba and Porto Alegre.
After two years without performing live due to the pandemic, Falaschi returns to the stage with both albums in their entirety. The vocalist is accompanied by Aquiles Priester (drums), Fábio Laguna (keyboards), Roberto Barros (guitar), Diogo Mafra (guitar) and Raphael Dafras (bass), in addition to backing vocals by Raissa Ramos and Fábio Caldeira (Maestrick) .
The first shows of the tour will take place this weekend on August 6th (Saturday) at Ópera de Arame in Curitiba, and on August 7th (Sunday) in Porto Alegre at Opinião Bar. The Curitiba show will feature full production and a special appearance by guitarist Fábio Lima.
At the end of August, Edu Falaschi will record a special DVD in São Paulo, at Tokio Marine Hall, on August 21st, to document the tour that will present the albums Vera Cruz and Rebirth in their entirety with a large production and cinematic stage, as already revealed by the artist . The São Paulo show will feature Elba Ramalho, Thiago Arancam , and Fábio Lima .
