Edu Falaschi surprises with the announcement of his new album 'Eldorado'; pre-order available.

The album is the second part of a trilogy that began with 'Vera Cruz'.

Edu Falaschi announced this Tuesday, the 7th, as a surprise, his second solo album, called Eldorado .

The complex story behind the previous album, Vera Cruz , has taken new directions and become a trilogy. In this second part, Edu Falaschi will showcase even more themes related to Latin America, including Brazil, with cinematic songs that surprise the listener and follow the initial story of the first work.

Eldorado is the second part of the trilogy of the saga of Jorge , the main character in the story of the album Vera Cruz , and also the second album of Edu Falaschi's solo career. This work stands out because, due to the fact that the story of Eldorado begins with the encounter between the Black Bishop and the Aztec empire, the artist's approach encompasses the most diverse aspects of Latin music, from the pre-colonial period to modern Latin music, with songs in Spanish, native languages, rhythms, harmonies, and melodies characteristic of an ancient culture of great cultural value to humanity.

Regarding the new album, Edu Falaschi explains: “When I created the initial plot of Vera Cruz , many ideas came to mind, even more so with the partnership, talent, and creativity of the writer, Fabio Caldeira . In many conversations, we decided that Vera Cruz deserved a trilogy, and so it will be!”

Vera Cruz ended and how everything connects with the Black Bishop's journey to Mexico, his rescue by the Aztecs, and his connection, in 1519, with Hernán Cortés , explorer and founder of the first Mexican city, curiously named Villa Rica de la Vera Cruz. Many mysteries are yet to come, stay tuned!” concludes the artist.

Maintaining the same lineup as their first solo album, with production by Edu Falaschi and Roberto Barros , the band will feature Aquiles Priester (drums), Fábio Laguna (keyboards), Diogo Mafra (guitar), Roberto Barros (guitar), and Raphael Dafras (bass).

Renowned Brazilian designer Carlos Fides is once again responsible for the album's graphic art, which will again feature orchestrations by Pablo Greg and choirs by Edu Falaschi, Fabio Caldeira , Mi Alvelli , and Raissa Ramos . This time, co-production was handled by Paulo Albino , and more details about the technical aspects will be revealed soon. If you enjoyed the quality and music of Vera Cruz , rest assured, Edu Falaschi will surprise you again!

The album is scheduled for worldwide release in August 2023. Pre-orders are now available in limited, numbered quantities and include an exclusive box containing a stylized Aztec art box, Digibook, T-shirt, Mug, Replica of a Spanish Doubloon, and a surprise gift. Click here to access .
