Edu Falaschi released an acoustic version of "Rainha do Luar," a collaboration with Elba Ramalho that closes the singer's album Vera Cruz (2021) and became one of the album's highlights.
In addition to Elba Ramalho's participation in a duet with Edu Falaschi, the new version features guests Rafael Meninão on accordion and Pablo Greg on piano and orchestrations.
“I composed this song on the piano, and it was basically born in this more intimate version. It was kind of natural for me to think of Greg to do the orchestrations in this more reduced format, after all, he did the orchestrations for the Vera Cruz . The surprise came when he showed me a version playing piano, mixed and mastered, and then I had no doubt that this was the best way to go. To enhance the work, I invited Rafael Meninão, Elba's accordion player, who made everything even more wonderful! I love this version so much and I hope the fans like it too,” Falaschi comments.
Currently, Edu Falaschi is touring Brazil with the second leg of the Vera Cruz Tour. In December, the singer will perform new shows in Latin America, with dates in Santiago, Chile, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. The artist also announced a tour in Japan with the band Northtale in February 2023. Learn more here .
