Jack White performed last Saturday, the 15th, at Toyosu PIT in Tokyo, Japan, and the show featured an unexpected appearance by Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam .
Vedder joined White to sing Neil Young surprising the audience with a remarkable performance.
Jack White's two-day show at the Toyosu Pit coincided with the start of the Major League Baseball (MLB) season, which was held in Japan at the Tokyo Dome, featuring a game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago Cubs (via Big Rock N' Roll , reproduced by KISS FM ). White is a big baseball fan, as is Eddie Vedder, who is a declared fan of the Chicago Cubs and released a song about the team called "All the Way" in 2008.
Vedder often performs a version of "Rockin' in the Free World" at his shows with Pearl Jam and also performed the song at the MTV Music Awards in 1993. Recently, Jack White played the song on a 50th anniversary special of Saturday Night Live .
