Eddie Van Halen: mural unveiled on what would have been the guitarist's 66th birthday; check it out

“This mural is truly for the fans and a celebration of the legacy of my favorite band, Van Halen,” says artist Robert Vargas

Artist Robert Vargas invited all fans to join him in creating a mural in honor of legendary guitarist Eddie Van Halen , located at the Guitar Center in Hollywood, Los Angeles. Now, the gift is finally ready, and the mural, titled Long Live The King , was finally revealed yesterday, the 26th, the day the musician would have turned 66.

“I’m beyond excited to create this mural for one of the creative heroes of all time, @eddievanhalen,” the artist said in an Instagram post. “This mural is truly for the fans and a celebration of the legacy of my favorite band, @vanhalen.”
