Dream Theater has announced that they will release a live album titled Distant Memories — Live in London . The recording took place in the English city before the pandemic and featured a performance of the album Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes From a Memory in its entirety.
Distant Memories will be the band's ninth live album and their first since Breaking the Fourth Wall in 2014. In addition to songs from the Metropolis Pt. 2 , the group also played tracks from their 2019 album Distance Over Time , as well as some classic songs from their repertoire.
The new release will be available digitally and physically on triple CD, double DVD, Blu-ray, and even LP. Click here to learn more about the release. Distant Memories — Live in London will be officially released on November 27th.
