Metal queen Doro Pesch performed a drive-in concert in Germany last Saturday, the 13th, adhering to social distancing rules imposed by the German government. The performance took place at the CARantena-Arena in Worms, a city in the southwest of the country.

After the show ended, Doro went to Twitter to celebrate the achievement of having done the first metal show in this format. “Wow, our first show at a #driveincinema / #Autokino. It was so amazing! What a wonderful crowd! We had so much fun! #Worms, we love you!”, she wrote.

In Doro's post, a video shows the singer breaking protocol by descending from the stage and approaching fans, all of whom were inside their cars, to the sound of "All We Are" from the album Triumph & Agony (1987). Watch the video below.

The event was so successful that Doro will play a second show, this time at the Autokino drive-in in Bottriop, also in Germany, on the 28th. Two days earlier, the singer will release her new single “Brickwall”.
