Discharge returns to Latin America in June of this year – these are rescheduled dates from the tour that was originally scheduled for November 2023.
In Brazil, the only show takes place in São Paulo on June 21st, at Carioca Club, with three other guest bands, two of them international: Havok (thrash metal, USA), Midnight (black/speed metal, USA) and Manger Cadavre? (from São José dos Campos/SP).
Tickets are on sale at the official Clube do Ingresso , and tickets previously purchased from other ticketing companies are still valid. The event is produced by Gig Music and Carioca Club in partnership with Dreamers Entertainment and Route One Booking.
On this third visit to Brazil, Discharge presented their most recent album, End of Days , released in 2016, which reached number 10 on The Official UK Rock Charts.
Guest bands
Havok, from Denver, Colorado, emerged in 2004 with an aggressive style that evoked Bay Area thrash metal legends like Exodus , Metallica , and Testament . Their most recent album is V , from 2020.
Cleveland-based Midnight has been tearing up the underground metal/punk scene since 2002 with their harsh sound. Midnight's latest work, Rebirth By Blasphemy , sounds more complete and strident than ever.
A Manger Cadavre? is a death crust band from São José dos Campos, in the interior of São Paulo. Having performed at major national festivals such as Setembro Negro, Oxigênio Festival, Abril Pro Rock, Virada Cultural Paulista, among others, the band is currently on tour to launch their album Imperialismo .
