The Hollywood Vampires album, a project featuring covers of Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, and Joe Perry, will include a series of very special guests. Scheduled for release on September 11th, the album will feature Perry Farrell, Dave Grohl, Paul McCartney, Joe Walsh, Slash, Robbie Krieger, Zak Starkey, and Brian Johnson.
Produced by Bob Ezrin, the album features covers of John Lennon, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, T Rex, and Small Faces. The first track, "The Last Vampire," even includes a narration by Christopher Lee , the actor and metal vocalist who passed away in June.
