The album has two acts
Dream Theater revealed this week the cover art and tracklist for their upcoming album, "The Astonishing," scheduled for release in early 2016. The band also launched a website for the album; click here to visit it .
The band commented on the album artwork (which can be seen above): “This cover invites everyone into the retro and dystopian future of 'The Astonishing'. The deceptively beautiful and chilling appearance is a bold prelude to the visual components and ideas presented by the sonic story that is our most ambitious work to date. We are very proud to bring you… 'The Astonishing'”
