Designer Francesco Dessi created a 3D artwork using the Powerslave Iron Maiden 's fifth studio album .

Dessi designed the cover art featuring the Great Pyramid and created a video. In this animation, the viewer feels immersed in the scene, looking directly at the pyramid while listening to the intro to the song "Powerslave".

The legendary cover was designed by Derek Riggs . The artwork features several hidden messages: a drawing of Mickey Mouse, the text 'Indiana Jones was here'. These are just a few examples of the jokes Riggs included.

Another interesting fact: Powerslave was the band's first album that didn't feature the "Iron Maiden" logo in red letters.
