Ian Gillan , vocalist of Deep Purple , stated that the band may return to Brazil in 2026 with their next tour. The group's last visit to the country was in June of this year, for a single performance at the Best of Blues and Rock festival in São Paulo.

In an interview with the Third Age Trust , the 80-year-old musician said that next year the group will be touring between April and November. According to him, the series of shows will begin in Asia and a new tour of South America is also planned.

“Next year, we’ll be touring between April and November, starting in Asia and possibly South America. Then, in May and June, comes the European festival season. July and August we have shows in North America, probably Canada, the United States, and possibly Mexico, but that will have to wait. And then, from September to November, we have an arena tour across Europe. I’ve lost count of how many months that is, but it’s a lot,” he said [transcription via Blabbermouth ].
