Deep Purple and earMUSIC have launched a website featuring a countdown. The expectation is that when the timer reaches zero, a new album from the legendary English band will be released.

In addition to the timer, the site features the words "Turning To Crime," a possible title for Deep Purple's new album. These words also form the URL of the newly launched website.

Doing the math, the clock will reset exactly on October 6th at 11:00 AM (Brasilia time).

Finally, the website features photos of the five members of the English band – Ian Gillan , Roger Glover , Ian Paice , Steve Morse and Don Airey – as if they were being booked by the police to be arrested.
