Decapitated

Members of Decapitated are released from prison.

They are awaiting the trial date.

In September of this year, the four members of Decapitated were arrested after a woman accused them of kidnapping and rape.

They have since been officially charged but have pleaded not guilty. Now, they have been released from prison while awaiting their trial, which is scheduled for January 16th.

The band was charged in Spokane, Washington, and to prevent them from seeking refuge in their hometown in Poland, the members signed a document stating that they could be extradited if they left the country.

According to the victim, she and a friend were at the band's show and after the performance ended, they went to talk to the members, who invited them to have drinks on the band's tour bus.

The victim was taken to the hospital after the incident, where it was confirmed that she had serious injuries to her arm, consistent with having been held against her will.

The lawyer and the band insist that both sides of the story will be heard and are confident that, when everything is cleared up, they will be exonerated.
