The Polish crew of Decapitated have been officially charged with kidnapping and rape following a complaint filed by a woman from Spokane, Washington.
According to The Spokesman-Review , the four band members were charged after their first court appearance.
They are all in jail with bail set at $100,000 (approximately R$ 320,000), and any contact between them is prohibited.
The band was arrested on September 9th after a woman went to the police and accused them of gang rape. According to the victim, she and a friend were at the band's show and after the performance ended, they went to talk to the members, who invited them to drink on the band's tour bus.
The victim was taken to the hospital after the incident, where it was confirmed that she had serious injuries to her arm, consistent with having been held against her will.
The lawyer and the band insist that both sides of the story will be heard and are confident that, when everything is clarified, they will be released.
