Death Angel releases new single “Cult of the Used”, second new song in six years.

The release precedes the highly anticipated 'Act III US Tour'.

Death Angel shared their new single “Cult of the Used” this Thursday, the 6th. This is the band's second new song in six years . The release is accompanied by a stunning animated music video, created by Tamara Llenas Aimed and Framed studio .

Rob Cavestany , guitarist for Death Angel, commented on the release: “Our new song 'Cult of the Used' portrays a society under hypnosis. Being strategically manipulated and exploited. It's a call to leave this so-called 'reality' behind… Fendie Daywalker did an incredible job illustrating the Cult Leader. Attracting his blind followers who remain in a trance, captivated by his strange charismatic facade, hypnotized by the vibrant colors and his enigmatic gaze.”

He continued: “We wanted to release this song to coincide with our North American ACT III US Tour . The tour kicks off on November 26th in Denver and ends with two nights at the Fillmore in San Francisco on December 18th and 19th for our '10th edition of the Another Death Angel Xmas Show(s)'. We haven’t headlined the United States since 2019, so we wanted this return to be EXTRA special! Of course, we’re excited to include Cult of the Used in the setlist when we hit the road this month.”
