Humanicide will be released on May 31st
The thrash metal band Death Angel has announced their ninth studio album, Humanicide . Set for release on May 31st, the album has already released its first single, the title track.
The music is old-school thrash, with an 80s vibe. Mark Osegueda are particularly inspired. It's one of the strongest speed metal songs released this year.
“I wanted to write something that metal fans could hold on to,” said Osegueda. “Something dark and intense, that still makes sense. Right now, I think it’s pretty obvious that the Earth is in a sick state.”
