On Wednesday, the 9th, Deafhaven Loudwire described as a mix of black metal and shoegaze.
Along with the new single, Deafhaven announced that they will be releasing a new album. Called Infinite Granite , the album has nine tracks and will be released on August 20th, following Ordinary Corrupt Human Love .
The new album is produced by Justin Meldal-Johnsen , who has worked with artists such as Paramore and Jimmy Eat World , and Jack Shirley , who also handled the sound engineering.
