PG-13 version of Deadpool 2.
Once Upon a Deadpool , the PG-13 version of Deadpool 2, has released a new teaser in which the mercenary, played by Ryan Reynolds, defends the band Nickelback from criticism by Fred Savage .
The video begins with Savage stating that Deadpool is "produced by Marvel, but licensed by Fox" and compares it to "the Beatles being produced by Nickelback".
The antihero rejects the comparison, citing several of Nickelback's achievements such as awards, number of records sold, and mentioning the list that Billboard released citing the band as the most successful of the last decade.
On Twitter, Nickelback responded to the teaser in a humorous way, saying, "Well, it's one way to start the day," and sharing the video.
Once Upon a Deadpool will be in the format of a Christmas tale, with Reynolds' character telling the story to Savage. The film is expected to include scenes from the first version of the movie. The film premieres in Brazilian cinemas on December 27th.
