Joining the list of artists who have expressed concern about the war in Ukraine Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour posted on social media asking Russian soldiers to "stop killing their brothers."
Gilmour posted the lyric video for "Any Tongue," an anti-war song he wrote himself. In the caption, the guitarist wrote: "Russian soldiers, stop killing your brothers. There will be no winners in this war."
“My daughter-in-law is Ukrainian and my great-granddaughters want to visit and get to know your beautiful country. Stop this before everything is destroyed. Putin must be deposed,” she concluded.
Recently, Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac also expressed her disapproval of President Vladimir Putin by writing a chilling letter addressed to him.
