Megadeth 's David Ellefson is teaming up with the Grammy Music Education Coalition to host the online Oh Say Can You Stream this Saturday, the 11th. The broadcast will feature various artists and will raise donations for School's Out online music lessons for children during quarantine.
The broadcast will feature names like Alice Cooper , Chris Kael from Five Finger Death Punch, Charlie Benante from Anthrax, Alex Skolnick from Testament, Rob Caggiano from Volbeat, Frank Hannon from Tesla, and Elias Soriano from Nonpoint , as well as other members of Megadeth such as Dirk Verbeuren and Kiko Loureiro .
A highlight of the festival will be Ellefson's performance, in which the musician will sing his single , "Simple Truth." The EP is already available on Bandcamp and will be on streaming tomorrow, the 10th. All profits from the track, whether from purchases or streams , will go directly to the Italian Red Cross, which is intensely battling COVID-19.
