The bassist's new company will handle the project.
Ellefson Films , the new film production company of Megadeth bassist David Ellefson and his colleague Thom Hazaert , has a new project in the works. Alongside Drew Fortier , the company will produce a horror film.
Dwellers will tell the story of a filmmaker who seeks to unravel the city's dark mysteries when several homeless people begin to disappear.
Fortier will direct, write, and star in the film, in addition to having conceived the project. “I’m happy to finally bring Dwellers to life,” he says. Ellefson and Hazaert are expected to make small appearances throughout the film. More information will be released soon.
