Whitesnake fans David Coverdale 's personality on social media. The vocalist shares memes and photos almost every day and is a well-known "uncle" on Twitter for his cute and humorous posts.

In a recent post on the platform, Coverdale delighted Brazilians by sharing the cover of an album by the country music duo Duduca & Dalvan , known as Os Leões da Música Sertaneja (The Lions of Country Music), who were very successful in the 1980s.

“Time for a little bit of this,” the singer wrote when posting a photo of the cover of the album Massa Falida (1986), the duo's last release before the death of Duduca, the stage name of singer and songwriter José Trindade.

Beyond romantic hits, the album's title track is a powerful social critique of the situation in Brazil at the time – and remains very relevant today. "Those disguised as Samaritans / Are leading us to fatality / Ignoring the holocaust of hunger / Taking away man's priority," says a line from the song.
