Megadeth will be coming to Brazil at the end of the month
Dave Mustaine revealed on his Twitter account that he contracted a disease after being bitten on a farm.
When asked by one of his fans about returning home after the cancellation of the tour with the Scorpions , the musician said that the break came at a good time, as he needed to get back to rest.
One of his fans replied to the musician's tweet, telling him to be careful about Lyme disease, which can be contracted from a bite. The Megadeth frontman responded to the fan, saying that he has exactly that disease, but then quickly added that there's no reason to worry because he's fine.
After the revelation of his illness, rumors surfaced that the band had canceled their shows in Brazil, but Mustaine assured fans that this did not happen. Check out the video below with the musician's message:

The disease is treatable, and its symptoms include fever, headache, and fatigue. Treatment is based on taking antibiotics for a few weeks.
