Dave Mustaine decided to disguise himself before a Megadeth to give two young fans guitar picks – and an unforgettable memory for the rest of their lives.
The musician entered the arena where the band was to perform wearing a black sweatshirt, the hood covering his hair, and casually sat in the row behind the children's family. Without saying anything, he handed some guitar picks to the boy, gestured for secrecy, and left.
Fans were already waiting for the performance, and some adults even waved in thanks, but they didn't seem to recognize their idol. When sharing the video, Mustaine wrote: "Metal is alive and well," referring to the new generations becoming headbangers.
Recently, the Megadeth frontman interrupted a performance in the United States to reprimand a security guard he considered to be overreacting; you can read more about it here.
