Dave Mustaine , frontman of Megadeth , celebrated his 60th birthday last Monday, September 13th, during a concert by the band in Boston, United States.

The important occasion didn't pass without a tribute from the fans present at the show, who sang the traditional "Happy Birthday" song in chorus for the vocalist and guitarist. Immediately afterwards, Mustaine received a remote tribute from several rock and metal idols in a video shown on the big screen.

Beginning with Slash from Guns N' Roses , the testimonials continued for five minutes with excerpts from Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne , Nikki Sixx , Brian “Head” Welch , and more. As the video has not been officially released, it is only possible to watch the moment through amateur footage from those present at the show.
